The Cake Café celebrates baking and Irish artisanal food, with a heritage firmly rooted in a contemporary world and the pleasures of modern Ireland, through a design driven by the imprecise geometries of baking to an electro-beat. Sophisticated and naive, hyperreal and abstract, pattern and architecture, animal and mineral, they trigger a sensation like eating the cake of the mind…
