Created & directed by Jennifer Jennings and Phillip McMahon, RIOT is both party and politic, a love letter of hope to the future, a clarion call on the state of the nation, a celebration of Ireland. A disorderly cocktail of theatre, spoken word, banging jigs, slapstick comedy and circus. Its premier run sold every ticket available and broke box-office records. The all-star cast features Queen of Ireland Panti, Emmet Kirwan, Up & Over It, Lords of Strut, Megan Riordan, Ronan Brady, Alma Kelliher, Nicola Kavanagh and Adam Matthews. Costumes by James David Seaver, guest text by Michael Harding, lighting by Mark Galione, production and staging by Niall Barrett, Deirdre Molloy, Marella Boshi, Elaine Horan, sound by Jason Fallon, and marketing by Tom Lawlor.
